from Argentina to Chile you can go by Bus and it’s perfectly safe. From Argentina to Brazil it’s a long ride by bus and there are no trains, so I suggest you fly there. LAN Chile Airlines can be cheap and you can connect your flights, for example, fly from Buenos Aires to Chile, stay a couple of days there and from there go yo Brazil and back to Argentina.
